Sonja Larson Obituary

Sonja Larson age 70, of Beloit died Monday February 22, 2016 in her home. She was born December 20, 1945 to the late Leroy and Emmaleen (Frees) Larson in Beloit. Sonja graduated from Beloit Memorial High School, class of 1964. She attended the Salvation Army Officers Training College in Chicago from 1964-1965. Sonja was self employed in the Domestic Services Industry for 30 years until her retirement. She enjoyed nature, music and being involved with the Salvation Army. She is survived by her nieces, Theresa (Brett) Dougherty and Wendy (Joseph) Bagatta; her nephews, Mike (Leslie) Herman and Brian Larson; her sister, Kathleen Larson and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, William & Rolita. Sonja’s Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday March 4, 2016 at Floral Lawns Cemetery in South Beloit with Major Bob Fay officiating.
