Emma "Eileen" Bellard

Emma “Eileen” Bellard, age 83 of Janesville, died peacefully at her home in Janesville, on Friday, March 29, 2024. She was born February 7, 1941 to Anna (King) Laye in Kirksville, Missouri. Eileen graduated from Beloit Catholic High School, Class of 1959. She married Daniel Bellard on February 28, 1960 at Our Lady of Assumption in Beloit. He preceded her in death on May 2, 2017. Eileen worked as a bookkeeper for Stateline Painting & Decorating for many years. She was a known animal lover, whose favorite holiday was St. Patrick’s Day, and made pecan pies that will never be forgotten.

Eileen was a very social person, having enjoyed many years at the Star Zenith Boat Club with her husband, Daniel. She was a devoted Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma, who was always supportive and often seen in attendance at their sporting events. Eileen could be found thrifting any day of the week.

Eileen is survived by her four children, Dan “Bubs” Bellard Jr., Mary (Dan) Davis, Sherry Euscher and Tim Bellard; her five grandchildren, Jessica (Bryan) Baldauf, Casey (Kendra) Bellard, Tanner (Martha Wright) Davis, Michael (Audra) Davis, AJ (Gabby Zapolnik) Euscher; seven great-grandchildren, Oakley, Clarke, Noah, Braden, Sybil, Matilda, Layney & upcoming great-granddaughter in summer of 2024; and many other beloved family, friends, and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brother and other beloved family members.

The family would like to thank the staff at Agrace Hospice for the care they gave our mother.

Eileen’s visitation will be on Thursday April 4, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until her Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, with Rev. Randy Booth officiating. Burial will be private. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared on our website.
