Adolph C. Kosak age 87 of the Town of Avon died Sunday, January 13, 2019 in his home. Al was born June 22, 1931 to the late Adolph and Mary (Hyland) Kosak in Reedsburg, WI. He married Nina G. Cain on January 14, 1950 in Beloit. Al worked at the Beloit Corp. as a machinist until his retirement. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, the Quarter Century Club and the Newark Gun Club. Al enjoyed the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Cubs and NASCAR. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Al will be remembered as the "Master of Projects".
He is survived his wife, Nina Kosak; his three daughters, Deb (Randy) Bennett of Beloit, Susan (Bob) Butzler of Beloit and Gail (Steve) Pitel of Clinton; 14 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; his two sisters, Lavonne "Lonnie" Wolfram, Rosanne "Cookie" (Jerry) Severson and many nieces, nephews, cousins and inlaws.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sons Adolph "Bud" Kosak Jr., James Kosak and Ronald Kosak, his siblings, Robert "Bob" Kosak, Helen McLain, Ellen "Abby" Shelton, Arlene Porter, Irene Peters & Karen Scott.
The family would like to thank Beloit Regional Hospice for the care they gave Al.
Adolph's Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday January 19, 2019 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 737 Hackett Street, Beloit. Friends will be received on Saturday at the Church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Floral Lawns in South Beloit.
