Artemio Carranza Silva

Artemio Carranza Silva age 72 died Thursday December 12, 2019 in his home. He was born January 31, 1947 to the late Pedro Carranza and Jacoba Solva in Huaniqueo, Mexico. Artemio married Maria Vasquez on March 27, 1968. She survives. He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Delavan. Artemio worked at Beaver Creek Nursery and the Wilson Nursery until his retirement. He enjoyed gardening and found great satisfaction in helping plants grow and flourish. Artemio also liked to sit outside with his dog, Rocky. He loved family gatherings, especially birthday celebrations and holidays. His kindness and honesty will be greatly missed.

Artemio's Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday December 21, 2019 in the Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit with Fr. Ricardo F. Hernandez officiating in Spanish. Viewing and visitation will be 9:00 a.m. on Saturday in the funeral home until the time of service. Artemio will return to Mexico and be buried in his family's plot.
