Elizabeth "Liz" A. Kuhnle

Elizabeth Ann Kuhnle age 68 of Beloit died unexpectedly on Monday January 7, 2019 surrounded by her family at the Beloit Memorial Hospital after experiencing a cardiac arrest on her way to Church on Sunday. She was born July 26, 1950 to the late Richard and Adeline (Strupp) Earle in Beloit. Liz graduated from Beloit Memorial High School, class of 1968. She married Michael D. Kuhnle on May 3, 1969 at Sun Valley Presbyterian Church. He preceded her in death on November 20, 2018. Liz was a faithful and active member of Peoples' Church as well as at Central Christian Church. She was a homemaker, working diligently to raise and care for her four daughters. Liz worked at Birdseye and the Shopper before her retirement. Liz and Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and bowling together. She was devoted to her family and community, active in volunteerism through church and always willing to help someone in need. Liz offered rides to all so they could attend Sunday service and was truly a Woman of God. She will be remembered as a faithful supporter of the Hallmark channel and as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her four daughters, Tammy Kuhnle, Rosemary (John Villarreal) Kuhnle, Michelle (Martin) McCollum and Sarah (Kris) Hayden; 10 grandchildren, Alexis, Jordan (Alyssa), Brandon, Aaron, Payton, Jacob, Timothy (Caitlyn) Alyson, Gregory & Nathan; six great grandchildren; her two sisters, Kathleen Hiatt & Elaine Steiner; her sister in law, Mary (Tom) Swezey and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her grandson, Michael and her sister, Roberta Earle.

Liz's Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in PEOPLE'S CHURCH, 340 West Grand Avenue, Beloit with Rev. Philip Rice officiating. Friends will be received on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME and again on Tuesday at CHURCH from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.   Burial will follow the service at Floral Lawns Cemetery in South Beloit, IL. In lieu of flowers, please forward memorial's to People's Church, Central Christian Church or Mercy Hospice of Janesville in her memory.
