Mildred E. Kopanda

Mildred Kopanda, formerly of Lombard, Illinois died Wednesday, October 24, 2018. She was born September 5, 1925 to the late Joseph and Margaret (Plisic) Malatestinic in Chicago, IL. Millie married George C. Kopanda on October 6,1945. He preceded her in death in 1972. They had three children, Rich, Bill, and Rob. Millie has two grandchildren, Mark and Kristen Kopanda, and three great grandchildren, Luke, Sadie, and Lily.  She was an excellent money manager and she treasured her family above all else.

Millie's Chapel Service will be 12 NOON on Saturday October 27, 2018 in the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery Chapel, Hillside, IL with Fr. Julio Jimenez officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established. Please share a memory or a condolence with the family on our website.
