Rudy D. Alderman

Rudy D. Alderman, age 78 of Milton died Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Suites of Beloit. He was born November 14, 1940 to Herman Duane Alderman and June Marion (Sneath) in Richland County, WI. Rudy graduated from Beloit Memorial High School class of 1958, and he completed his education at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Rudy lived most of his adult life in Irvine, CA but moved back to the Midwest when he retired. He spent his career as an Contract Negotiator for the Aeronautics Industry retiring in 2009 from Boeing Aeronautics. Rudy was a lifelong outdoorsman who enjoyed running, biking, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, hunting, freshwater fishing and traveling. One of his greatest adventures was a whitewater rafting trip in Colorado. Another trip he enjoyed was a cross country trip to Mount Rushmore and Niagara Falls. Rudy was a lifelong Packer fan and horseracing enthusiast. Rudy also particularly enjoyed spending time on his land in Richland Center and playing cards with Jim and Judy Blakeslee as well as the hunting and fishing trips he took with Jim.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Alderman of California, his mother June (Wilbur) Johnston of Beloit, his niece, Jennifer L. (Scott) Weidner of Fort Atkinson and his great nephew Alec Fruin of Fort Atkinson.

He was preceded in death by his father Herman Duane Alderman, his sister Sandra (Sandy) Hough and all of his grandparents.

The family would like to thank Dr. Mullvain and the Oncology staff at SMM Health Janesville for their support through his long fight with cancer. The family would also like to thank the Suites of Beloit for caring for Rudy in his final days.

Rudy’s Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019 in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit. Friends will be received on Thursday in the Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery.
