Timothy L. Garland

Timothy L. Garland, age 38, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 26, 2019 in his home. He was born March 10, 1981 the son of Thomas L. and Dawn (Windsor) Garland in Beloit. Tim attended Turner High School and completed his education at Blackhawk Tech. He worked with his father for many years at American Custom Concrete. Tim was a prolific artist who loved to draw. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan. Tim enjoyed spending time with family and will be greatly missed by all.

He is survived by his father, Thomas Garland; his mother, Dawn Windsor; his siblings, Tom Garland, Randy Hall, Curtis Ingle and Brittany Ingle and his grandpa Clyde Windsor. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, Jill.

Tim's memorial  visitation will be will be 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, WI. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established. Please share a memory or a condolence with the Garland family on our website.
