Alice M. Buckett

Alice M. Buckett age 95 of Beloit died Tuesday July 26, 2022 at The Bay at Beloit. She was born May 10, 1927 to the late Byron and Tillie (Fenne) Marshall in Beloit, WI. Alice graduated from Beloit Memorial High School, class of 1945. She married David L. Buckett on April 7, 1951. He preceded her in death in September of 1957. Alice worked at the Beloit Clinic for many years, retiring in 1992. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church.

She is survived by two sons, James Buckett of Madison and Daniel (Carrie) Buckett of Rockton; two granddaughters, Andrea (Joseph) Halferty of Beloit and Tiffany (Robert) Marino of Rockford; three great grandchildren, Noah Halferty and Kai & Luka Marino; two sisters in law, Mary Rose Marshall of AL and Joanne Buckett of Racine.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers, two sisters and her daughter, Julie Buckett.

Alice's Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday September 10, 2022 at Eastlawn Cemetery with Pastor Daniel Eddy officiating. Memorials to Messiah Lutheran Church. Please share a memory or a condolence with the family on our website.
