Betty J Runaas age 91 of Beloit, WI passed away Monday September 29, 2025 peacefully in the Bay of Beloit. She was born August 28,1934 to the late George and Doris (Riese) Eucker. Betty graduated from Beloit Memorial High School class of 1952. She married Roger Runaas on August 22, 1953, at Luther Valley Church.  

Betty then worked at Fairbanks Morse for many years until her retirement. She was a loving mother and caring grandmother. Betty was an avid gardener, growing beautiful flowers and canning her own vegetables. She sewed and made clothes and beautiful quilts. Betty enjoyed reading, watching football and baseball. She also loved to dance, and her love of music never faded. 

Betty is survived by her daughter, Sandi Runaas Christner of Janesville, WI; her son, Craig (Candace) Runaas of Spring, Texas; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Pamela (Al Taylor) and seven siblings.
