Christine Olson

Christine Olson, age 70 of Beloit died Saturday December 28, 2024, in her home. She was born July 16, 1954 to Charles and Jeanette (Cullen) Raisbeck in Stoughton, WI. Christine graduated from Beloit Memorial High School class of 1972. She graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, earning an associates degree in Business Management. Christine was employed at Beloit Corporation until its closing and has since worked at Valmet Inc.

Christine’s hobbies included needlepoint, watching movies, volunteer work and enjoying the shows at the Civic Theatre. She was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. Christine found great joy in spending time with all her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She participated in a Friday night card group and enjoyed taking day trips to explore other towns and areas.

She is survived by her mother, Jeanette Raisbeck; her two sons Matthew Raisbeck & Kevin Olson; her grandchildren, Ashley (Ryan) Gowens, and Nathan (Aleja Maldonado) Raisbeck;  her great grandchildren Nolan and Nora Gowens; her siblings, Larry David Raisbeck, Marjorie (Margie) and Michael Leavitt; her best friend Theresa Baars and her   canine friend, Molly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Raisbeck, her sisters; Connie Freemyer, Carol Raisbeck, & Cindy Groff.

Christine’s Funeral Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday January 3, 2025 in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME 1000 Inman Parkway with Chaplain Mark Maxted officiating. Friends will be received on Friday in the Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private.
