Connie E. Tankersley

Connie E. Tankersley age 65 Janesville, WI died Saturday December 14, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. She was born January 12, 1959 to the late Peter and Beverly (Sly) Schlink in Minnesota. Connie graduated from South Beloit High School and also studied at Blackhawk Tech. She worked at Crusader Dental in Rockford as a dental assistant for many years until her retirement. Connie married Charles “Chuck” Tankersley on August 25, 2005. They enjoyed bowling together in leagues and tournaments as well an occasional fishing trip.

She is survived by her husband, Chuck; her two sons, Jamie Loescher & Danny (Stephanie) Caudill; her two daughters, Sally Wallace & Beverly Radoff; her five grandchildren, Riley Osness, Raeanna Skilling, Dakota Norris, Delaney Coudill & Hannah Caudill; her four great grandchildren; her two sisters, Cecilia & Sandy and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Peter, Schlink.

Connie’s Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Friday December 20, 2024 in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit.  The family will receive guests on Friday from 12 noon until the time of service.  Interment will follow the service at Eastlawn Cemetery.
