Deborah (Debbie) Lee Litzler, 67, of Beloit, WI, passed away at UW Madison Trauma Life Center on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021. She was born to parents Floyd and Wanda Roeker on December 21st, 1953 in Walworth, WI. Debbie graduated from Delavan-Darien High School in 1971 and also spent two years at U Rock. She married William M. Litzler on July 15th, 1991 in Janesville. Debbie spent her career as a Day Care Provider and is remembered as a child advocate. She was extremely artistic, enjoyed painting, face painting, jewelry making, sewing and was known for the baby blankets she made for the entire family. Debbie loved her family, children, grandchildren, great grandchild. Most of all, Debbie was a kind, joyful woman. She would make friends wherever she went. Her selfless giving nature made her "mom to everyone" she cared about everyone around her and always wanted everyone to feel loved and welcome.
Debbie is survived by her husband William; children, Traci Taliaferro, Christine (Quinton) Hunter, Paul (Dushica Nicevski) Smith, Rachel (Aaron) Frerichs, Jerry (Mandy) Litzler and Michael (Crystal) O'Neill; grand children, Andre, Jade, Que, Adrian, Arianna, Angelina, Jordan, Vasil, Philip, Simona, Perrin, Kallie, Rissah, Steele, Julia, Allie, Lucy and Abigial; great grand child, Rosalina; Brother, Everard (Butch); Sisters, Robin and Beth; brother in law, James and sister in law, Joanne, numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Floyd and Wanda; brother, Steve; sister, Becky; brother in law, Richard and best friend Debbie.
The family would like to thank the University of Wisconsin Madison Trauma Life Center staff for the exceptional care and love Debbie received.
Debbie's Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2021 in the Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, Rev. Dr. Kathy Monson-Lutes officiating. Friends will be received on Sunday in the Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private. Flowers are encouraged.
