Donald "Stony" P. Ulrich

Donald P. “Stony” Ulrich, age 73, of Capron, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 18, 2024 @ 6:45 p.m. He was born on November 28, 1950, to Don & Elaine (Eschbach) Ulrich in Sycamore, IL.

Stony, with his love of fishing, carpentry, and horseback riding, was a man who truly enjoyed life's simple pleasures. He is now at peace, and his memory will be cherished by his family, friends, and everyone who knew him.

Stony was a beloved brother to Richard “Rock” Ulrich, David “Duff” (Cristy) Ulrich, Dennis “Den” (Barb) Ulrich; stepfather to Paige Ottum and uncle to David Ulrich Jr, Trisha Redner, Eric Ulrich; great uncle to Hayley and Matthew Redner, Masyn, and Carter Ulrich. He was a true friend of Kayla Thomas who provided him with assistance through his later years.

Stony was preceded in death by his parents, Don & Elaine Ulrich, and his sister-in-law Deb Ulrich.
