Donna J. Krebs

Donna J. Krebs, age 90, of Beloit, died Monday, February 12, 2024 at Cedar Crest Senior Living in Janesville. She was born January 17, 1934 to Frank and Lillian (Schultz) Wollslair in Portage, WI. Donna graduated from Clinton High School, class of 1952. She married Ronald Krebs on March 10, 1956. They were married for 67 years, until his passing on January 12, 2024. She was life-long member of the Christ Ev. Lutheran Church, who served on the Women’s Society, and enjoyed the Annual Cookie Walk with her wonderful church friends.  Donna worked for Wisconsin Power & Light and then the DeLong Co. She enjoyed going to the Butterfly Supper Club, shopping, and spending time with her family.

Donna is survived by her children, Michelle (Gary) Hahn of Beloit, Kristi (Dan) DeWitt of Clinton; her three grandchildren, Chelsey (Michael) Neuhaus of Palm Beach Springs, FL, Lindsey (Matthew) Kostris of Jupiter, FL, and Cal (Jenna) DeWitt of Beloit; and two great-grandchildren, Moxson and Oakley; siblings, Don (Delores) Wollslair, Jane Frye, Charles Wollslair, Gerald (Lynn) Wollslair, Sandra Brandl, sister-in-law Kathy Wollslair and many other beloved family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Frank and Lillian Wollslair; loving husband of 67 years Ronald; in-laws, Waldemar and Violet (Jeffers) Krebs; and her brothers Robert Wollslair and Kenneth Wollslair.

The family would like to thank the family and friends that came to visit while Donna was at home, and during her stay at Cedar Crest.

A Funeral Service celebrating the Life of Donna will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024 at CHRIST Ev. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 300 High Street, Clinton with Rev. Andrew M. Harris officiating. Friends will be received on Friday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment to follow the service in Clinton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Christ Ev. Lutheran Church- Clinton, in Donna’s name.  Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared on our website.
