Frances I. Lounsbury age 90 of Beloit died peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday August 7, 2022 in her home. She was born July 16, 1932 to the late Frank and Leona (Deline) Hammond in Byron, IL. Frances married George S. Lounsbury and he preceded her in death on May 18, 2004. She was a terrific homemaker and especially liked to spoil her grandchildren. Frances was an animal lover and enjoyed the companionship of her four legged friends. She also enjoyed tending to her garden & lawn. Frances will be remembered for "telling it like it was".

She is survived by her four sons, George "Butch" Lounsbury, Richard (Nancy Saunders) Lounsbury, Mark Lounsbury & Dean Lounsbury; thirteen grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren and many friends, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her son, Randy.
