Gary Lee Noe, age 78, passed away Friday, May 30, 2025, at Suites of Beloit Assisted Living. He was born October 4, 1946, to Frank and Deloris (Rediske) Noe in Sparta, Wisconsin and grew up in Tomah, Wisconsin. After graduation, Gary moved to Beloit to find employment. Gary worked for Beloit Box Board for 40 years until he retired in 2012. He married Kathy Gibbs of Beloit in 1969, and they had two children. Gary, inspired by his musical parents who performed at Tomah area events, enjoyed playing guitar throughout his life. He loved fishing. One weekend, he traveled back to Tomah to visit his parents and to fish. During his visit, Gary “caught a whopper” a 38-inch 12 lb. 6 oz. Northern Pike which made the front page of the Tomah Journal. Gary was generous and loved spending time with his children.

He is survived by his two children, son Craig Noe and daughter Michelle (Tim) Hoffland; three grandchildren, Isaiah (Katelyn) Hoffland, Samuel (Katarina) Hoffland and Elijah (Madelyn) Hoffland; five great grandchildren Nikolas, Aleksander, Sophia, Oaklin and soon to be born baby boy; two brothers Larry Noe and Chuck (KariBeth) Noe.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Deloris Noe and sister-in-law Joyce Noe.

The family would like to thank Cozy Lil Acre for the twelve years of care and friendship, the staff at Suites of Beloit and Agrace.

Gary’s Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 4, 2025, at Grace Evangelical Free Church, 6403 S County Rd D, Beloit WI with Pastor Dennis Anderson officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be private at the Eastlawn Cemetery in Beloit.
