Jacqueline “Jackie” Hoffman, age 58, of Beloit died Friday, March 29, 2024, at UW Hospital in Madison. She was born June 12, 1965, to James and Diane (Davidson) O’Brien in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Wilmot High School, class of 1983, where she played the flute and piccolo in the marching band. Jackie was a dispatcher for the Twin Lakes Police Department in her early years. She will be remembered as an animal lover, who rode English-Style horseback during her teen years. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, who enjoyed photography and gardening. Jackie has spent the last 22 years in love with and devoted to Michael “Cowboy” Donahue.
Jackie is survived by her loving husband of over 22 years, Michael “Cowboy” Donahue, her children Brittany Leish Hoffman, Michael Ray Hoffman II, and Joshua Christian (Leigh) Hoffman, granddaughter Ava Christine Watson, her siblings Shawn (Jeff) Pulera, Jim O’Brien, and Theresa Walsh, and the father of her children Michael Hoffman.
She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, parents, and her son.

Jackie’s Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 9, 2024, in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, with Pastor Mark Maxted officiating. Friends will be received on Tuesday in the Funeral Home from 12 Noon until the time of service. Burial to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
