Jean A. Beaumont

Jean Ann Beaumont, 95, of Beloit, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday June 24, 2024.  Born on December 25, 1928 to Harry and Veda (Redfern) Kennedy in Beloit, WI.  She was married to Fred Hensel and together they had three children. She later married Warby M. Beaumont Jr. and together they had two children. He predeceased her in 2000.  Jean was formally employed as an LPN at Northridge Hospital in California. After relocating back to Wisconsin to be closer to family she was employed with Freeman Shoe Company. After retiring she worked part time as a dietary aide at Meadow Park Nursing Home in Clinton, Wisconsin.

She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and part of LWML and many Bible Study groups. She enjoyed her involvement with the Tops group, The Red Hat Ladies, her bowling leagues. She also enjoyed crocheting blankets for many of her grandchildren. She cherished her time with her children, grandchildren and many other special family members.

She is survived by her daughter Marsha Amundrud of Perry Florida; three sons, Gary (Kathleen) Hensel, Warby (Cynthia) Beaumont III, and William (Lori) Beaumont all of Beloit, Wisconsin. She is survived by 16 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased in by her parents, her sister, and two brothers and her husband Warby Beaumont Jr., son Fred Hensel, and stepson, James Beaumont, granddaughter Lisa (Ingle) Justice and grandson Raymond Ingle.

The family would like to give a special thank you to all the nurses and staff at Riverside Terrace Assisted living facility in Beloit, Wisconsin. Our thanks for their love, dedication and care for our mother and went above and beyond anything we could have expected. We would also like to thank the Beloit Hospice for their care over the past five months.

Jean’s Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27th, 2024 in the TRINTY LUTHERAN Ev. CHURCH, 1850 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI, with Rev. Randall Senn officiating. The visitation will be Thursday, June 27th from to 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Following Jean’s service the cortege will process to Eastlawn Cemetery for interment. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared on our website.
