Jeanette Raisbeck, of Beloit, Wisconsin, passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 94. She was born on June 17, 1931, in Darlington, Wisconsin, and had made her home in Beloit since 1963. 

Jeanette spent her time crafting, coloring, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, and playing bingo. She was known for arranging flowers to welcome new residents to her assisted living community and creating beautiful flower arrangements that brightened the dining room too. She loved receiving cards from her family, kept every one of them, and returned to them often. She was also known for her potato salad, which had a way of showing up at every gathering and disappearing just as fast. 

Jeanette lived a long life and raised a family that grew across generations. She is survived by her children, Larry Raisbeck and Margie Leavitt (Mike); her grandchildren, Scott (Shelly) Freemyer, Michelle Freemyer, Matt Raisbeck, Kevin Olson, Jen Leavitt, and Beth (Matt) Strack; her great-grandchildren, Ashley (Ryan) Gowan, Erin (Matthew) Forsythe, Trevor Freemyer, and Nate (Aleja) Raisbeck; and her great-great-grandchildren, Nolan Gowan, Nora Gowan, Callen Raisbeck, Harper Forsythe, Cooper Forsythe, and Leo Forsythe. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Wayne Freemyer; her sister, Jeannie Bluemel; and her friend, Theresa Baars. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Jack” Raisbeck, and her four daughters, Connie Freemyer, Carol Raisbeck, Christine Olson, and Cindy Groff. 

A celebration of life will be held at Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Pkwy, Beloit, WI, on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
