Joseph F. Peake, 83 of Janesville, passed away on November 3, 2025 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born on September 22, 1942 to the late Kenneth and Mary (Grubb) Peake. He married Tina Brooks in Baraboo, WI on September 28, 1963, she predeceased him on March 24, 2015. Together they had two children. 

Joseph spent over 45 years with various companies specializing in industrial engineering until his retirement in 2005. 

Joseph, along with his wife Tina traveled the country and successfully visited all 50 states. He spent time in Italy and England as a consultant. Joseph was a member and served as vice president and treasurer for the Beloit Rifle club. He was a member of the NRA, and spent many years hunting. He enjoyed going on car rides and loved Macintosh apples but above all, he was most proud of being a father and grandfather. 

Survivors include his two children; Kimberly Dexter, Jeff (Peggy) Peake, Three grandchildren; Brooke, Christopher, and Lindsey (Ryan), sisters; Mary Tamminga, Roberta Peake, Sister-in-law; Donna Brooks. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Tina, baby brother Robert Peake, son-in-law Brad Dexter, and brother-in-law Gerald Brooks. 

The family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at The Suites at Beloit, and Beloit Memorial Hospital staff for the care and love given to Joseph.

A memorial visitation will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 1PM to 3PM at the Brian Mark Funeral Home at 1000 E Inman Pkwy, Beloit.
