Marceil Manske Obituary

Marceil L. Manske age 83 of Janesville died Wednesday February 2, 2022 at Autumn Lakes in Beloit. She was born February 5, 1938 to Henry and Edna (Retzlaff) Leverenz in Juneau County, WI. Marceil was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Wonewoc, WI. She worked for many years in the grocery industry, specializing in produce. Marceil enjoyed going to Church and cherished her Church community that made her feel so connected to God and alive. In her younger years, she enjoyed dancing and traveling with her husband, Herbert. He preceded her in death on May 22, 1989. Marceil's kind words and soft heart will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Bruce Manske; her brother, Marvin (Debbie) Manske and her sister, Marian Eckelberg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her brother, Max.

The family would like to thank the staff at Autumn Lakes and the staff at Beloit Regional Hospice for the care they gave Marceil during her last days.

Marceil's Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday February 9, 2022 in the BRIAN MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit with Rev. Peter Snyder officiating.  Friends will be received on Wednesday in the Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will take place in the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery in Wonewoc, WI. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
