Janesville – Marianne Urbin, age 79, passed away on August 4, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. She was born on May 2, 1946, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin to John and Julie “Bronson” Eddy. Marrianne graduated high school from Beloit Memorial in 1964. She married the love of her life James L. Urbin on October 31, 1970. 

Marianne loved to garden where she grew many beautiful flowers, color posters, listening to music, watching TV, most importantly she loved to spend time with her family. Anywhere she went she loved to be the center of attention.  

Marianne is survived by her daughter; Jeanna (Ron) Urbin, grandchildren; Kirt Hoffman-Urbin, Kody (Aster) Urbin, BobbieJo (Mona) Padgett, 5 great-grandchildren; Laura, Logan, Sorynn, Kathrynn, and Faerynn, brother; John (Barb) Eddy, sisters; Earlanne (Doug) Hoting, Susanne (Vern) Hill, Peggy (Bob) Hummer; many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. 

Marianne is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, sisters; Joanne Holmes and Debbie Eddy. 

A celebration of life will be held at Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, WI 53511, on Friday August 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the start of the celebration of life from 11:00 AM until the start of the service.
