Matthew Kurtz age 20, of Wisconsin Dells, WI, passed away on May 5, 2024, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, WI. He was born May 26, 2003 in Beloit WI. Matthew attended Wisconsin Dells Highschool and later pursued a career at Holiday Wholesale. Matthew enjoyed going to Devils Lake, Making his own music, and spending quality time with his family, particularly his beloved son Colton.

Matthew is survived by his mother Jennifer Sullivan, father Thomas Kurtz, his 2 year old son, Colton Kurtz; grandparents Diane and Joe Sullivan and Karen Rubert; brothers Bradly Sullivan and Trevon Barrett, long term girlfriend and mother of his child, Marisol Delacruz, Auntie Tracy Kjell (Trent) Uncle Joey Sullivan, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers; James Kurtz and Chuck Rubert.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Ponderosa Steakhouse, 940 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South, Wisconsin Dells, WI on June 1st at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Jennifer Sullivan for his son Colton.  Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared on our website.
