Maynard A. Folts

Maynard A. Folts age 86 of Beloit died Monday October 1, 2018 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born November 21, 1931 to the late Donald and Opal (Moody) Folts in Beloit. Maynard graduated from Beloit Memorial High School, class of 1950. He was a past master of the Morningstar Lodge #10 and a nearly 60 years devoted member of the Mason's. Maynard enjoyed donating his time to charities and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his four nephews, Dean (Laura) Folts of Beloit, Perry (Cindy) Folts of Beloit, Brice (Sue) Folts of Jefferson and Loren (Liz) Folts of Beloit; five great nephews, Jerel (Shelley Wagner) Folts, Zared Folts, Brock (Tiffany) Folts, Andy (Molly) Folts and Lance (Lily) Mueller.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald E. Folts.

The family would like to offer our sincere thanks and gratitude to the entire CICU staff at the Beloit Memorial Hospital, Dr. Kittah and nurse Dida. We are forever grateful for the exceptional care they gave Maynard and the family.  A special thank you goes out to Effie who was a great friend to Maynard, and to Al, Wanda, Molly & Maddy Cwiklo for their support.

Maynard's Masonic Service will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday October 6, 2018 with his funeral Service to follow in the BRIAN G. MARK FUNERAL HOME, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit. Friends will be received on Saturday in the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery in Beloit.
