Medley Jaye Carlson-Parks

Medley Jaye Carlson-Parks was born on Saturday, December 8, 2018 to Melody Parks and Ben Carlson at University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago, IL.  Medley’s family was blessed to spend time with her before she passed away peacefully in the arms of her mom and met the eyes of Jesus.

Medley is deeply loved by her parents, grandparents, Jaemie Harley, Mr. & Mrs. Christopher Carlson, great grandfather, James Harley, brother, Elijah Carlson-Perez, her aunts and uncles and many other family and friends.

A beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time.  We will always miss & love you. 

The family would like to thank the staff at University of IL hospital for the incredible care provided to Medley and family, and a very special thank you to Brian Mark Funeral Home for the support & services.  You made a difficult time a little easier and it was greatly appreciated.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday December 29, 2018 at Redeemer Evangelical Covenant Church, 2500 Prairie Avenue, Beloit, WI with Rev.
