Robert W. Zwicky

Robert "Bob" Zwicky, age 89 died Tuesday October 15, 2019. He was born January 10, 1930 to the late Floyd and Mary (Neva) Zwicky in Chicago, IL. Bob graduated from DeKalb High School, class of 1948 and completed his education at the DeKalb Teachers College. He married Carol Francis Bernstein on December 1, 1955 in Rockford, IL. She preceded him in death on April 9, 2006. Bob was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Tom) Herrmann of Groveland, FL; his son, John (Debbie) Zwicky of Milwaukee, WI; his two grandsons, Brandon & Zachary; his sister in Law, Nancy Zwicky and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Carol, his son, Stephen Mark Zwicky and his two brothers, Kenneth (Beverly) Zwicky and Richard Zwicky.

The family wishes to thank the entire staff at Brookfield Rehabilitation and Specialty Care in Brookfield, WI  for making Bob's final years happy and active.

Bob's Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday October 21, 2019 in St. Jude Catholic Church, 737 Hackett Street, Beloit. Friends will be received on Monday in Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
