Rose Marie Rotkovich, 84, of Beloit, WI, passed away peacefully in her home on June 30, 2025.  Born on September 11, 1940, in Chicago, IL, Rose lived a full life with many passions.  She graduated from Austin High School, Class of 1958; married her first love Robert Olmstead in 1959, and later remarried after his passing Robert “Rocky Rotkovich. Rose had numerous jobs throughout her lifetime but was most proud of the flower shop she owned, Floral Impressions in Berwyn, Illinois, a beloved local flower shop where she shared her creativity and warmth with the community. Her and Rocky later retired to Southern Wisconsin to be closer to family where she continued her love for gardening in the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Louise (Chardell) DiCicco, her sister Lois DiCicco, first husband, Robert "Bob" Olmstead, and her second husband of 23 years Robert “Papa Rocky" Rotkovich.

Rose’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family. She was a devoted mother to Christina "Tina" (Douglas) Slove, Robert "Bob" Olmstead, and a loving stepmother to Anthony "Tony" Rotkovich, whom she cherished as her own along with his two children, Logan and Tessa. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren Angela Slove, Alex Slove, Serena (Trevor) Aasen and Bobby Olmstead, and her four great-grandchildren Ariella, Nayson, Kira, and Aven.

Rose will be remembered for her warm heart, sense of humor, love of flowers, cooking, music, especially Classic Rock, movies, and the deep devotion she had for her family. Her presence will be missed beyond measure.
