Shannon Beard age 55 of Belvidere, IL passed away unexpectedly on Friday October 4, 2024. She was born July 15, 1969 to Kenneth and Susan (Wells) Beard in Louisville, Kentucky. Shannon graduated from Hinsdale Central High School class of 1987 and completed her education, earning a bachelors degree from North Park University. She worked for many years selling real estate. Shannon loved painting and spending time in nature photographing her adventures, especially by the water. Shannon had an incredible love of sand whether it is on the beach while reading or standing in a horse arena. Her big heart was fond of all kinds of animals especially her grand donkey Eeyore, who shared a love of combo’s with Shannon.

She is survived by four daughters, Ashley Varchetto, Chloe Varchetto, Taylor Varchetto & Megan Vachetto; her mother, Susan Beard and her two sisters, Kim Beard and Paige Beard; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her father and her uncle Buzz Beard.

Shannon’s Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday October 19, 2024 at Bonita Lake, Belvidere, IL. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
