Susan M. Koenig, 68, of Beloit, WI; passed away at her home on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. 

She was born April 11, 1957, in Beloit, WI; the daughter of the late Richard and Janet (Rummage) Johnson.  

Susan married Donald Koenig on July 11, 1992.  She was passionate about working and raising her horses. If she wasn’t outside working on the farm, she enjoyed crafting, crocheting, and leather work. Susan loved to spending time at the Casino’s and playing scratch off tickets. 

Survivors include her husband Donald; sons, Robert (Angie) and Eric (Kari) Zilliox; step-sons, Brian (Andrea) Koenig, and Jon Koenig; grandchildren, Makenna Crumbled, Carston Zilliox, Bentleigh Zilliox, Adeline Rosheisen, Remington Zilliox and Korali Zilliox; siblings Melody Smith and Richard Johnson Jr. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Funeral services for Susan will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at The Brian Mark Funeral Home, 1000 Inman Parkway, Beloit, WI. Visitation will be 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Luther Valley Cemetery
